5.00Since I met Joana I started paying more attention to my body and especially to the breathing! In addition to being an amazing teacher, Joana helped me in a process of self-knowledge in a moment of anxiety crises, and I was able to understand that with classes and body consciousness I could have more control of myself. I indicate with closed eyes as a professional and as a person.

She employs a very organic method, challenging students by understanding their needs! She embodies what she teaches. I felt welcomed and empowered in every class.
