  Fantastic experience from start to finish. We booked the Ijen & Bromo tour directly through watsapp and paid with an invoice and bank transfer - easy. They answered every question we had and tailored the tour to our travel needs. Other than the experiences themselves (which in my mind need no explanation other than amazing) our highlight was our driver Bhimo - what a guy! Bhimo was reliable, attentive, fast but a very safe driver and got us everywhere we needed to be early if not on time. His English was great and he answered a lot of our random questions on those long drives, provided us with endless bottled water, played our music choices, always told us to let him know when we needed a toilet or food break - couldn’t have asked for a better driver! The hotels we stayed in were lovely (Illira & Manis Ae) extremely comfy beds and modern, Illira had a pool and gym which was a plus and Manis Ae had stunning views and was super close to the start which meant we had as much sleep as possible.

  We did 3d2n Bromo ljen tour with Bhimo. It was honestly THE best private tour experience I had in my 2 years living in Indonesia. He was always punctual, worked hard no matter time of day to make us feel special. He also speaks very good English so it's easy to discuss all the details you can be interested in and not just get basic information. Bhimo is really obsessed with making you feel comfortable starting from clean comfortable car and water always by your side and ending by taking you to best spots to make photos and putting you in first group to hike to ljen so you can have best experience with only a handful of people. Would be glad to do another tour with him in the future and strongly recommend doing tours with him to everyone, you won't be disappointed!

  This tour was an overall great experience! We were accompanied by Agung and then Rama, who were both lovely and made our tour even more fun than it already was. We were always picked up on time, everything that was planned took place exactly the way the initiary said, Rama even showed us around towns a little bit and helped us buy a Sim card. The hiking tours themselves were organised well too, with the more exhausting on being on day 2 and the easier one on day 3. We are very happy with our choice of tour and would recommend this exact one to anyone wanting to see the Ijen crater and Mount Bromo!

  Amazing experience! Everything was well organized and smooth from start to finish. Huge thanks to our driver Bhimo, who took us safely to explore Bromo and Ijen volcanoes and took great care of us the whole time. He was super kind, reliable, and also an awesome photographer, helping us get incredible photos along the way. Highly recommend, unforgettable trip!

  Did this tour with 2 friends, had Bhimo as our guide… he was amazing! So patient and accommodating and was a friend along the journey!   We had the best experience with Bhimo and I would 100% recommend anyone tour with him. We did the 3 day, 2 night Mt. Bromo and Mt. Ijen tour. Both accommodations we stayed at were perfect. The Kim Kim tour of Mt. Ijen was great and all of the guides were incredible. Sule, Kim Kim, and the other guides did such an amazing job of making sure everyone was safe and having a great time. They were truly amazing and were so committed to making sure everyone was happy. Bhimo is the best and we loved our entire time with him!!! Can’t wait to come back :)

  My wife and I did the Bromo Ijen Tour with Borobudor Sunrise starting in Bali and ending in Yogyakarta. The tour was incredible and perfectly managed every step of the way, from the initial booking all the way until the end. Our tour guide and driver, Bhimo, was so incredible. He was kind, caring, funny, and very knowledgeable. Bhimo consistently made sure that we were comfortable, and never made us feel rushed or worried about anything. He has great connections across Indonesia, and always knew how to make our tour perfectly suited to us. He knew the best group to link us up with on Ijen Crater to ensure we had a safe and enjoyable experience.   We booked this tour some time before our trip. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Communication went smoothly, and everything went according to plan. They take your personal preferences into account and are very flexible. A fantastic experience!

  We booked the trip on the internet. 1 day later Bhimo, our driver, texted us via WhatsApp and organized the pick-up at the airport in Surabaya. Even when there was a delay he told us not to hurry and that he‘ll wait for us. In the next three days we had the best time together. We had fun driving and listening to music (Bhimo asked us if we wanted to) and the choice of hotels for the 2 nights were really good. At Bromo he even carried three camping chairs up to the top so we could wait sitting for the sunrise. He took so many beautiful photos of us and explained everything. Bhimo chose „Qim Qim Tours“ for hiking on the Ijen and it was the best we could do. We were the first at the Blue Fire and had a little camp fire on the top of Ijen while waiting for the sunrise. Afterwards Bhimo organized everything for our boat trip to Bali. All in all the trip was amazing and we‘ll stay in contact with Bhimo. Thank you!
