Why Shekhinah Tours is Different: Unlike other tours, this is not a big bus experience with long wait times and impersonal guides. We want you to feel welcome to the island the moment you step off the ship, and we're excited to share our knowledge of the history, culture, economy, and food on Bonaire!
You will be greeted personally and shown to your vehicle.
You will see all the major sites and highlights.
Because of the minor group nature of this tour, you will be able to ask questions and make custom requests if there's something, in particular, you want to see. Time allows, and we'll do all we can to make this trip memorable for you and your group!
We Guarantee we'll have you back at your ship 1 hour before your ship's departure time.

Before the Tour:
Hotel or apartment Guests: Please provide us with the name and address and we will be there 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time to collect you.
Cruise Ship Passengers: We will be standing with your name on a sign in front of the gate where your ship is docked. We will be there 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour to collect you. We GUARANTEE to have you BACK TO THE SHIP 1 hour before the ship departure time.
This is a small group guided tour up to 7 people per vehicle. You will be in a shared van, car or pick-up depending on number of guests
Our prices include a 6% government tax
Our goal is for our guests to leave the Island happier than when they first stepped on the Island from the ship or plane.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Great day in Bonaire

5.00We had a great day in Bonaire. The weather wasn’t the best with on and off rain, but our tour guide had great communication and was punctual. I had a list of things I wanted to see and she was able to accommodate them while leaving us some time on the beach. I probably would have stayed longer at the beach and taken a taxi back, but the weather wasn’t super great that day. Jibe city/sorobon beach was a cool/pretty spot tho, although the beaches in Bonaire don’t have much “sand”. It had a lot of water sports though. She recommended we snorkel at 1000 steps and it was a very beautiful spot. We saw lots of parrot fish and trumpet fish among others. Loved the wildlife on the island between donkeys, goats, parrots and flamingos. The tour accommodated picking us up earlier (7am).. which actually worked out better for less traffic and crowds. It was a very peaceful morning! And we had some time to walk around the town when we came back before having to get on the cruise ship (since we didn’t stay on the beach). Would always recommend a private tour and this was a nice one!

Nice short tour of the southern part of the island

5.00We had a short day in port and wanted to see a bit of the island so we elected to do a South Tour. I would have done a north and south tour if there was more time. This tour company was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. They met us at the port where they told us to be. There was just four of us in our group and took us around the south end of the island with some great picture opportunities. Saw the salt evaporation ponds and large mountains of salt. Our guide got us some samples of the salt from guard at the gate. It was a windy day and the water was choppy so I'm glad we opted for the tour instead of snorkeling. Great tour, nice guides.
