This full day tour brings you to three places, which are Zaanse Schans, Lego Village and Giethoorn.
In the morning, you would visit a Dutch cheese factory, a wooden shoe factory and enjoy a royal diamond demonstration at Zaanse Schans; After that we will travel Zaandam City Center to see the famous 'Lego' building, You will have free time here to take photos as many as possible, or just walk around in the 'Lego' Village. After that, you will travel to Giethoorn, you would discover the 'Green Venice' of Holland and enjoy one hour free boat cruise in Giethoorn.
This 10 hours experience gives you a relaxed, memorable and enjoyable tour with lots of beautiful photos.The tour offers free hotel pick-up service in Amsterdam. Bottled water, power bank, umbrella are provided during whole trip.

What To Expect
Zaanse Schans
You would expect to have following activities on our tour at Zaanse Schans. you would have a Dutch cheese factory tour, to understand how to make cheese in the traditional way. You could taste more than 30 different types of cheese here. After that, we will take you to a wooden shoe factory tour. You would watch a live demonstration of making wooden shoe by a traditional clog maker. After that you would have a private Royal Amsterdam Diamond tour, to know the history of diamond, and enjoy the diamond with 268 cuts. Of course you would have your own free time to get close to the windmills and take photos.
Catharina Hoeve Cheese Farm
This attraction is the first stop at Zaanse Schans. As described above, you would experience this old cheese farm/factory, to have a private tour of how to make traditional dutch cheese, get to know the history of this cheese farm, and cheese tasting with more than 30 different flavors.

5.00Leidse is an amazing tour guide and I highly recommend to take this tour with him! He was right on time in fact early to pick me up. We picked up the other folks. Went to the Lego village first where we got enough time for photos. Following which we went to Zaanke Schans. Did a nice Cheese tour, tasted everything and bought a lot of cheese. Leidse even helped us with all our shopping so we could focus more on the tour. Throughout the car drive too, he kept sharing facts so not a moment felt boring. He made sure to keep the party alive and fun through the entire day and honestly because of that the whole drive felt so short. We even did the Clogs tour and then checked out the windmills. He shared with us a "Make your own chocolate" place which was also amazing. After that we went to the fairytale town of Giethoorn which was super pretty. We got an ample time of about 3 hours to have lunch, do the entire boat ride and then spend our free time walking around and getting in enough photos. He also rode the boat beautifully through the canals and helped us understand the history. Not only that he had each one of us try out driving the boat ourselves. Apart from that, he bought us StroopWafels, and some peppermints to try out. All in all we left with wonderful memories and a lovely day. I'll make sure to recommend this tour to others as well!
