Ljubljana Old Town and Lake Bled are absolutely stunning and well worth the trip from Zagreb. Wandering through the historic streets of Ljubljana was a highlight of this journey. While the sights were incredible, the transit experience could definitely be improved. I was in a 7-passenger van, and the tour guide did not use a microphone or speakerphone. As a result, anyone sitting in the back row could barely hear the history and stories the guide shared along the way.

Top rated tour from pick up to drop off overall a great experience. Tour guide Steve was very knowledgeable and was genuinely a really nice fella, always on hand to answer questions Lake Bled was an amazing place the lakeside was a beautiful walk and the castle was a sight to behold, great photo opportunities everywhere, only bad point to our trip was the weather, overcast and some rain but don’t let that take away the beauty of the place. On to Lubljana WOW another stunning place with more photo opportunities on every corner. Plenty of places to eat and drink and all reasonably prices, a must do while there is a visit to the castle, either walk up (steep) or if you can’t then the Funicular is there as well definitely a must do.

From booking to letting us know when and where pick up would be the day prior to our excursion everything went smoothly. Our guide/driver Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we knew all our various options of things to do during our free time at Lake Bled. We went up to tour the castle and enjoy the incredible views of the lake, the island and the snow capped mountains. We also tried the famous cream cake and a coffee after we strolled along the lake shore path. We had sufficient time to enjoy Lake Bled and did not feel rushed. Matt then drove us to Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. He gave us a walking tour of the quaint downtown as he told us interesting historical facts and stories. He went to university in Ljubljana and was happy to show us around this beautiful city and walk us through the open kitchen food market in the city centre. We had plenty of time to enjoy lunch on our own, walk along the river, and do a little shopping. All in all a great way to spend the day in Slovenia. I highly recommend this tour!

Well organised tour. Informative and passionate tour guide, Katia. Unfortunately Lake Bled was covered in fog on the day we went but that’s at no fault of the company. Ljubljana town was charming and we enjoyed our time exploring both towns on our own accord.

Well organized trip and an easy way to see Slovenia from Zagreb. Booking and pickup were straightforward and everything went as planned. Our guide was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history of both Croatia and Slovenia. The drive in the van was comfortable, and the small group size made the experience feel personal. Ljubljana is a charming city, and we had just enough time to explore. Lake Bled was truly magical, the views from the castle are breathtaking! Make sure to try the famous Bled cream cake. Even though it’s a full-day trip, it didn’t feel rushed. A perfect way to see two beautiful places in one day.
