5.00Ella took care of every detail of our trip from Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, Bosnia and Montenegro! She's always on top of everything! We didn't have to worry a single bit, everything was arranged and tailored according to our needs and plan! 5.00In 2019, I had the pleasure of taking a walking tour with Ella. She had many stories about the city and she was highly knowledgeable about the stories and history of the city. She corrected me about a story I heard about the Zagreb cathedral which we both found to be very humorous. She also timed the tour so that we arrived at the tour at 12:00 sharp. All in all a very

5.00Rafaella is a great tour guide, and I will explain why. Croatia is a great country; Zagreb and Split (plus Plitvice lakes) are great places to go and see. Croatian is an incredibly difficult language to learn, as only people in the Balkan countries (former Yugoslavia countries) speak it. Having a tour guide makes a world of difference. Having someone as knowledgeable as Rafaella makes a huge difference because she is from Croatia, specifically Zagreb. If you want to know something about the history of Zagreb, or Croatia, Rafaella knows about it and can tell you about it from her experience and her family's experience. Rafaella is a great person to have showing you around Zagreb, my group also did Split and Plitvice lakes, and all of those places were great. Our group had a phenomenal time getting to see and know Croatia (edit: My group went March of 2018 and not 2021 and it wasn't an option for me to say so outside of here, way before Covid happened and the social distancing and masking needs were a thing, that is why we were not wearing masks or social distancing at all in the pictures)

5.00I was lucky enough to get to explore this beautiful place with Ella. She gave you laughs, adventure, and made every moment enjoyable. We visted some awesome places, but Ella made Croatia stand out most to me. I would highly reccomend having Ella as a guide, as she won't let you down!
