This was an amazing trip! Our guide, Leighton, picked us up from our hotel in Basel and accompanied us the entire trip providing our passes for the train rides making this long, but very well worth it, excursion. His knowledge of the area and Swiss culture was incredible and he information he provided kept our family engaged along the entire route. He even helped us find the perfect Swiss restaurant in Zermatt for lunch! The scenery was remarkable and no pictures of the Matterhorn did it justice….it must be seen if you are traveling to Switzerland…..and don’t forget to ask for Leighton as a guide…..he was fantastic!

We had a private tour with Leighton from Basel to Gornergrat with the hope of seeing the Matterhorn. Leighton met us at the Basel Train Station and did a fantastic job guiding us through the multiple train changes, while providing us with interesting information about the towns along the way and the culture in Switzerland. He also customized the tour to allow us extra shopping time in Zermatt. It was a stress- free day with wonderful sightseeing and very informative! And we had spectacular views of the Matterhorn!

We had an amazing tour guide Leighton from Tours of Switzerland showed us to the Matterhorn and Gornergrat (Zermatt) and it was a very, very enjoyable day. The scenery was superb. He did a great job of maneuvering, the different trains and connections and very knowledgeable in his area and we are overall extremely satisfied with the service we had today and the result of the tour. This tour is a must see.

Our guide Jonas made the day. While we were initially upset that we were not going to be able to take the trip that we had anticipated, he discussed our options with us and came up with something much better! We are public transport neophytes; Jonas handled all logistics that got us from Basal to Grindewald with no issues. Grindewald was more than I expected, a perfect day in the mountains, a perfect last day in Switzerland.

It was a nightmare, you sent me a confirmation for 4 tickets. When we met with the guide they charged an extra 127.00francs. Stating they didn’t have the birth dates of my spouse and my traveling partners spouse. It seemed like a total fleece job. I tried to contact someone at your company to speak with somebody live but couldn’t due to your poor customer service department.
