During the visit to the astonishing Matterhorn Glacier, you’ll get to take a ride on the highest gondola in the Alps for 40 minutes and experience bird's eye views of a mountain range that's so stunning your eyes will light up in wonder. What To Expect
Bern
Your guide will meet you at the Bern Train Station , before whisking you away to Zermatt.
Zermatt
During your time in Zermatt Village, your guide will escort you from the train station and throughout the village, unveiling the history of the buildings and the village’s past. The chapel’s steeple adds to the small and charming village feel, and you’ll be completely and utterly charmed throughout your exploration. Running through Zermatt is the pure and ice-cold river Matta Vispa, which provides an atmospheric trickling water sound. During your tour, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a local raclette or fondue lunch, immersing yourself in Swiss culture by indulging in a heartwarming local delicacy. Seize plenty of opportunities to take photographs, like in front of the monument to the mountain guides. The air will be crisp and thin, and the atmosphere is perfect to go wandering off, taking in the beauty of the place, and getting lost in wistful thought.

5.00I originally booked the interlaken tour but was divered to the zermatt tour and im really glad i did! Leighton gave an amazing tour! From my pick up tp Bern and throughout zermatt.. and back. I learned so much history! Zermatt, glacier paradise and matterhorn were absolutely beautiful. This experience was one of a kind!

5.00I thought this tour was rather expensive. We have been on MANY tours in our time. I can tell you i would have paid twice as much if i had known how hard this would be to do my ourselves and how incredibly amazing Leighton was as a guide and human being. If anything, now that I’ve done the tour, I’d say it is underpriced. I am not sure i have words for how amazing this tour was. I can tell you i had no idea all it entailed; i was just going to the Matterhorn. Instead, i went on the tour of a lifetime. PS. You are lucky to have this guide.

5.00Our family had an amazing time! Incredible experience to see the Matterhorn and have the opportunity to walk through a glacier. The views of the Alps are breath taking. But what made this experience unforgettable was out tour guide Leighton. So knowledgeable about the history of Switzerland, so professional and just an amazing person. This was the highlight of our two week vacation in Switzerland!
