Your adventure begins aboard the iconic Zig Zag Railway, a 90-minute heritage steam train journey filled with rich history, stunning scenery, and nostalgic charm.

After enjoying lunch in one of the quaint mountain villages, we’ll conclude the day at the Hartley Valley Garden Festival. Explore over 6 acres of beautifully designed gardens featuring rock walls, water features, vibrant themed borders, perennial walks, a Birch Grove, a rock garden, and so much more.

Itinerary

7:00 AM – City Pickup

Depart from Sydney City. Address: 24 Rawson, Place Haymarket (Stand in front of Service NSW, near Pitt Street)

7:40 AM – Parramatta Pickup

Parramatta Pickup is located at the corner of Argyle Street & Church Street, Parramatta. Stand Infront of Westfield main entrance at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time.

9:00 AM – Hydro Majestic Hotel (Toilet Stop)

Enjoy a 30-minute break to stretch, use the facilities, and capture stunning photos of the Jamison Valley.

10:30 AM – Zig Zag Railway Experience

Step aboard the heritage steam train for a 90-minute journey through breathtaking Blue Mountains scenery and historic railway tracks.

12:30 PM – Lunch at Mt Victoria

Stop for lunch at Mt Victoria. Choose from a local pub or café, or bring your own meal to enjoy at a nearby park. (Lunch not included)

2:00 PM – Hartley Valley Garden Festival
