The tour was very well organised and very well coordinated… Replies to our queries were very prompt and they will update us on the pick up time for the following day.. We were very well taken care of right from the time we landed. Pretty Ms Delphister from Zambia side who pointed out the best picture spots.. We’ll really recommend this tour …

Bring your own rain gear and wear water appropriate footwear! The tour guides were excellent, and the Falls is gorgeous, must see. What fell short was the inclusions, such as the rain coat. We were a group of 4 and each one received a ripped item with missing snaps, which didn't help to keep us dry.

Victoria Falls is truly a natural wonder of the world with unsurpassed beauty and we feel so fortunate to have been able to visit. Our guides Chilo and Lucky were both very knowledgeable, kind and we felt safe with them. Chilo's knowledgeable of the nature park as well as the Galls made our tour all the more interesting and enjoyable. We were able to exchange knowledge about plants and animals along our walk. Lucky was very patient and gave us all tge time we wanted to enjoy the moment and guide us through border control. The drivers were all very welcoming, polite and kind too.

Great tour. Definitely worth a visit to both sides of Victoria falls. I was lucky to have both Brown on the Zimbabwe side and Lucky on the Zambia side. Seamless entry via the immigration with both guides helping out. (Don’t forget to get the Kaza visa if you are looking to do this and a safari in Chobe) Great detail given about the falls from both guides throughout. We saw some people walking the bridge and the long walk to the other side. Lots of vehicles and big trucks on that dirt track, so having a vehicle pick us up on both sides (with air con and water) was just perfect. Brown took us to the ‘Big Tree’ on the way back to our hotel, a 1200 year old Baobab tree. We even saw elephants, monkeys and other wildlife on the way/ way back to our hotel. Me and my wife both felt very much at ease with both guides who helped takes photos of us constantly on both tours and gave us how long we wanted at every view point. Ponchos were provided as well, which were very much needed when we went, as it was the season of high water, so a lot of spray. These guys were great and I highly recommend them.

You’ll read many reviews on this tour that are glowing when it comes to impressions of Victoria Falls. They are all accurate. The Falls are stunning and certainly worth the trip. Just find another operator to guide you. Having booked 50+ tours through Viator, this was one of the worst operators we’ve experienced. They were incredibly dysfunctional and unorganized. We spent at least one and a half hours waiting for the next “hand off”. Expect to be juggled by a minimum of five drivers/guides, etc. At the end of the tour, we stood in a local vendor parking lot for thirty minutes waiting for a van while being shaken down by street vendors. Extremely uncomfortable. Our final tour guide did not have control of the situation. The visa process for getting back into Zimbabwe is a pain and expensive-really not sure it’s worth it. The Falls were much more beautiful from the Zimbabwe side, so would not bother going to Zambia. Tour entrance fees are posted on the site, and add up to more than the cost of the tour. Do yourself a favor and skip the tour fee and see the Falls on your own. If you need a guide, don’t book this one.

Thu a was our Guide on the Zimbabwe side of the Falls. He is very personable and provided lots of information about the Falls and surrounding rainforest. We were then picked up by Ben and our Guide Del Pfister who was a delight. She took us to all the stops and provided interesting historical about the Falls from the Zambia side. Highly recommend. They do provide rain coats, but be prepared to get wet. It was fun!
