I had a blast with my guide Thuba! It was like going on a tour with a bestie. He was well prepared with an umbrella and rain coat….lol everyone there still gets soaked but glad my body was warm. He took all my pictures and videos which was amazing because my short arms would not be able to capture the views. He warned me which viewpoints would be really wet. When we were soaking wet…we danced between viewpoints. He organized the hand off to the Zambia part of the falls where Mikey took over and we got soaking wet at all the falls together lol. -@Robinunravelstravel

This was a great experience and one of the must-do tours if you are visiting Victoria Falls. Seeing the falls from both Zambia and Zimbabwe gives you a much more complete perspective and really shows how unique this natural wonder is. We started on the Zambian side, where we had a great guide who was very kind, professional, and informative. The whole experience there was smooth and well organized, and it was a wonderful introduction to the falls. On the Zimbabwean side, we were guided by Thuba — huge thanks to him! He was fantastic: very knowledgeable, engaging, and full of interesting insights. He made the visit even more enjoyable with his energy and storytelling. Overall, the tour was very well organized, with smooth logistics and great guides on both sides. A great way to fully experience Victoria Falls from every angle.

Thumbs and Mike were fabulous guides. I was lucky enough to have a private tour so the walking tour was at my pace which was wonderful. The border crossing was straight forward and Thuba and Mike made it quite easy. Same with the National Park entry. All in all a great tour.

The tour was brilliant - highly recommend it as you get to see many different views of the falls from both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides. The guides on both sides of the border were great - Thuba on the Zimbabwean side, and Mike on the Zambian side. Both were very knowledgable and patient with the group, letting us do things at our own pace, and making sure we got great family photos with the falls in the background. My only recommendation would be to take some snacks with you as there isn't much time for lunch - you are not allowed to bring food into the National Parks because of baboons, but there is opportunity near the border crossing for a snack. They do provide plenty of free water though, which was great!

Cuckoo Safari was our guide... we were guided by Thubelihle in Zim while Mike was our tour guide in Zambia. These two gentlemen were meticulous in their narration and pace. They were our photographer too. We felt at home away from home.

This guided tour of Victoria Falls from both the Zimbabwean and Zambian sides was absolutely outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. Seeing the Falls from both countries in one day gave us a complete perspective, with breathtaking viewpoints on each side and just the right amount of time to enjoy them without feeling rushed. The visit to the local market was also a lovely addition and a great opportunity to support local artisans. What truly made this experience exceptional were the guides. Shelton (Zimbabwe side) was extraordinary. My father is 87 years old and uses a wheelchair, and Shelton went above and beyond to make sure he could fully enjoy the Falls. He patiently pushed the wheelchair, carefully chose accessible viewpoints, and never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Thanks to him, my dad was able to experience something that otherwise would not have been possible. This level of care and humanity is rare and deeply appreciated. Delphister (Zambia side) was equally professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She explained everything clearly, kept everything well organized, and made the Zambian side of the visit just as memorable. This tour is not only spectacular in terms of natural beauty, but also incredibly well run and inclusive. I cannot recommend it highly enough—especially for travelers with elderly family members or mobility challenges.

We had a wonderful day visiting the truly magnificent Victoria Falls. Thuba is an excellent guide, full of interesting facts and always pointing us in the right direction to get the best views. Mike on the Zambian side is equally knowledgeable and also a great guide. Both Thuba and Mike were endlessly patient with our group, allowing us to take pictures, taking pictures of us and giving us time to marvel at the falls. We would highly recommend Cuckoo Safaris.
