  ’m extremely disappointed with my experience as a tourist. I had heard from multiple locals that this was an amazing place to go ziplining, so I was really looking forward to it. We arrived in Puerto Rico on Sunday, and on Monday I even called to ask how to schedule a tour. I was told it was too late for a couples tour that day, but I could book individual tours. Since we were tired from traveling, we decided to wait and go the next day instead. The next morning, we made the effort to get there early. The location was about an hour and 15 minutes away, so we paid $70 for an Uber to get there. When we arrived, we went to the gift shop and were told they were closed. The staff member said they don’t open until Thursday and that they are closed Sunday through Wednesday (except for cruise ship bookings on certain days). This made absolutely no sense, especially since I had just spoken to someone on Monday who gave no indication that they would be closed. To make things even more confusing, our Uber driver told us he had been there just a couple of weeks ago on a Tuesday, which directly contradicts the schedule we were given. The timeline they provided simply does not add up. My husband and I were celebrating his birthday, and this was supposed to be a highlight of our trip. Instead, we were left frustrated and confused. To make matters worse, we had to pay another $70 Uber just to get back, totaling $140 spent for absolutely nothing. Online maps consistently show this place as open, which is completely misleading. Staff even confirmed their schedule is limited and not accurately reflected online. This experience was very disappointing. If you’re a tourist planning to visit, be aware that the hours listed online may not be accurate. The business really needs to update their information to avoid situations like this.

  What an awesome experience and the best staff! The cafe and restaurant were both great for a snack before and a meal after. Children 10, 13 & 16 had a blast and no complaints.

  It was awesome. I just didn’t get my photo that I purchased that cost me $30 dollars. But it’s a great experience. I would recommend it for a group.

  We visited as a family of four, and it was easily the highlight of our trip. The course takes you through some stunning sections of dense forest and right over the rivers—the perspective from up there is something you just can't get on the ground. A huge shoutout to the guide for the great experience. Myy wife, who was zip lining for the first time went from being a bit nervous at the start to absolutely loving it by the second line. Highlights: The Scenery: Sweeping views of the river and canopy. Safety: We felt completely secure the entire time. Family Friendly: Great for a group of four; we had plenty of time to cheer each other on.

  The experience was amazing!!! Definitely recommended to do with friends or family. My kids 14yrs and 10yrs old enjoyed every minute. Dont forget to take your phones with you to record 😉 The climbing in between ziplines gets intense I wished they had water but other than that it was amazing!!!

  Great tour guides. 50 percent of the tour is doing zip lines and the other 50 waiting in the queue for your turn. So take that into consideration when hearing about the 2 hour tour

  Had an amazing time here. The staff was friendly and helpful. No lockers are located on site, so pack light if you don’t have a car. The staff can store your belongings behind the counter, but they're not secured. Additionally, the location is in the middle of PR in a non-tourist location. THERE ARE NO UBERS in the area for when you're done. If you didn’t pre-arrange a return Uber, they have a list of local taxi drivers who may or may not pick you up for unknown price. Staff recognized when some people seemed stranded and asked if assistance was required. I was fortunate to get the number of my UBER driver that morning, who drove the hour-plus out to pick me up again and drove back to San Juan. There is a restaurant located above that serves good food, drinks, and views. I would suggest getting there earlier, as the lines to check in might be long, and you want to get down to the area where they strap you into the harness first, so you're first in line. On some platforms, we waited 20 minutes while everyone ahead of us crossed. Most platforms are located next to one another. About three sites required some walking/hiking/ stair climbing. I saw families, young and old, do this. It is high, it is fast, and you're basically in/above a rainforest, bring a raincoat in case, or buy a plastic poncho. TIP. If you want to take your phone bring a fanny pack or pockets with zippers.

  Memorable experience! Personally would like to thank Ashley, Claudia , Em , & Chris for such a great time! My man and I are planning to head back already for our next trip! :) we did the 7 zip lines, with those four great employees who lead us through with ease and jokes ! lol & we also did the beast which was great as well!   Really enjoyed the 7 Zipline tour! We had two grumpy teens that had to get up early following a late night bioluminescent swim and they complained all the way up to being fitted with our gear. Once they got to the first Zipline they were excited and enjoyed the next couple of hours with our crew…they made it easy and fun. The views are gorgeous 🤩. We didn’t have time to do all of the Ziplines at the park…you could easily spend a full day there. We had lunch in the restaurant and the food was some of the best we had during our vacation that week…get a table on the balcony and you can see San Juan and watch others on the Zipline as they go by.
