What To Expect
This is the longest Zip Line (Foofie Slide) ride in the world. Imagine the Adrenalin rush traveling a speed of 106 km’s hurtling 425 m across the gorge, while suspended 120 m above the breath taking beauty of the Zambezi water below! As the river zigzags down the Batoka Gorges, our cable is suspended across from one side to the other. For this product you are harnessed and attached to a pulley, then launched over the edge picking up speed as you descend over the water and reaching a speed of 106 km an hour.

5.00OMG! What an amazing time we had! The views as you zipped through the mountain was superb. I recommend this 💯💯💯. This is on you can’t miss if your in the area. The lookout bar and resturant were a great compliment.

3.00Well, expectations are key as in so many situations. We have done zip lining in Mexico, Costa Rica and the US and zigzag’ed across various canyons for couple of hours in those locations. Not the case here! There is only one five second ride and that’s what you pay $90 for. Not worth it. Staff is nice and so is the nature of course, but overall a rip off. Don’t do it is my advise. Waste of money. Perhaps just go to the location and enjoy the view of the gorge from the platform with a drink. Just as good and $90 cheaper (per person).

1.00Tour operator never contacted us with any information about location or time. Repeatedly reached out to Viator with no response. Now I have to fight for a complete refund. Hotel staff had never heard of this local operator. Very disappointed with Viator and we have used them many times - defintely below their standards. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS TOUR
