I. How to track your booking:

Step 1: Click on "Track Your Booking"

Once you're logged in, click on the "Track Your Booking" tab located on the top right corner of the page. This will take you to the order tracking page.

Step 2: Enter Your Booking ID

On the order tracking page, you will see a search bar. Enter your Booking ID in the search bar and click on the "Search" button. Your Booking ID can be found in the confirmation email you received after making your booking.

And that's it! You will now be able to see the status of your order.

II. How to Cancel a Booking
Step 1: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Cancel Booking” button. An automatic email will be sent to confirm your cancellation request.

Step 2: Click “Confirm” to complete the cancellation.
