How to Book a Tour on Tour Finder?

Step 1: Search for a Tour

On the homepage, type your desired destination or the name of the tour into the search bar.

Step 2: Check Details and Select Your Date

Once you’ve found a tour that interests you, click on it to view the details. Under the Options section, Choose your preferred travel date and number of participants, then press “Request reservation” to proceed to the booking information page.

Step 3: Fill in Your Information

Enter your name, email, and phone number. This information helps us confirm your booking and send you important updates about your tour. After filling out your details, click “Continue to Payment Method” to continue.

Step 4: Choose Your Payment Method

You may choose to hold your spot and pay by credit card or PayPal. After entering your payment details, click “Request Confirmation” and wait for confirmation from the tour operator. Within 24 hours, if the tour is confirmed, your booking will be successfully secured and the system will automatically charge the tour fee on the last day of the cancellation/refund period, depending on the product.

Alternatively, you may choose to pay via VietQR. Once your booking request is submitted and the tour is confirmed by the operator, please complete the payment within 24 hours to ensure your reservation is secured.

Step 5: Receive Confirmation Email

Once you have selected your payment method and your booking has been confirmed by the tour operator, you will receive a confirmation email with all the detailed information about your tour.
