Please rest assured that all Viator bookings made through Tour Finder are fully valid, and the quality of the tour and services remains unchanged.
There are two cases in which you may receive a booking notification and confirmation email from Viator:
1. Products that require direct booking confirmation from the operator via Viator
For products that have not yet integrated a native booking flow and require direct booking confirmation from the operator through Viator, the Tour Finder system will redirect the booking process to Viator. Therefore, once the customer completes the booking, the booking details will display Viator, and the confirmation email will be sent directly by Viator.

2. Products that do not require operator confirmation but are supplied by Viator
In cases where products does not require operator confirmation, but they are supplied by Viator, the booking notification is still processed by Viator in the background. As a result, after the booking is successfully completed, the customer will still receive a confirmation email from Viator.
