ゲストは、1.6 km / 1 マイルのトレイルに沿ってモンキー パークに出入りする必要があります。冬には、トレイルや公園は雪や氷の影響を受けます。この散歩は、運動障害のある人、車椅子に乗っている人、または雪や氷の上を長距離を自信を持って歩くことができない人は試みるべきではありません。あなたまたはあなたのグループのメンバーがこの状況に対処できるかどうか心配な場合は、ご予約前に弊社までご連絡ください。
このツアーにはスキーやスノーボードは含まれていません。また、リゾート滞在中に自分でスキーやスノーボードを手配する時間もありません。
年に数日、サルが公園に降りてこなかったり、サルが早めに公園を去ったりする日があります。このようなことが起こる可能性は低いですが、可能性はあり、私たちの制御の外です。
可能性は低いですが、天候や道路状況により志賀高原にアクセスできない場合は、善光寺への訪問にアクティビティを変更します。天候状況はツアー当日まで確認できないため、事前に変更をお知らせすることはできません。
幼児（0～5歳）は無料です。 （ツアーの食事は含まれておりません。お食事はレストランに直接ご注文ください。）
このツアーには保険が適用されますが、ゲストは、チェアリフトの乗車、スノードライブ、スノースクート、そり、チューブの使用などの雪上アクティビティをカバーする旅行保険に自分で加入する必要があります。ツアー前に、ご加入の保険がこのアクティビティをカバーしていることをご確認ください。
志賀高原の冬の気温はマイナス5～10度になることもあります。雪のアクティビティに備えて、暖かく防水性の高い服装とブーツを着用してください。スノーウェア（スノージャケット、パンツ、グローブ、スノーブーツ）は各500円でレンタル可能です。アイゼンは必要に応じてスノーモンキーパークで購入できます。
現地のイベント、天候、レストランの空き状況、その他予測不可能な要因により、旅程/含まれる体験に変更が生じる場合があります。
What To Expect
Shiga Kogen Ski Resort
志賀高原の中心エリアに移動し、午前中は雪遊びを楽しみます。アクティビティエリアは区切られており、スノースクート、スノードライブ、古き良きそりやチューブを使って楽しむことができます。リゾート滞在中は、スキー場の隣のレストランでランチをとる時間もあります。これはツアー料金に含まれています。
Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park
これらの本当に好奇心旺盛な生き物たちに会い、間近で観察するというユニークな体験を楽しんでください。ガイドは、自分自身で探索する十分な時間を与えながら、そのユニークで有名な理由をすべて紹介します。モンキー パークでの推定所要時間には、林道に沿った出入りが含まれます。片道 1.6 km / 夏は片道 25 分、冬は少し長くなります。私たちは、お客様に公園内でサルを観察するために 1 時間の時間を与えるよう努めています。

5.00The tour guide, Mr. Dillon was really fun, engaging, friendly, and helpful! Same goes for our tour driver, (Unfortunately we forgot his name but he’s been over to Bali, Indonesia 6 times) he was so polite, kind, and ready to help us.

5.00Excellent trip! Would definitely recommend. Our guide Hiroshi was very friendly and knowledgeable. The snow fun was great on slopes that were very quiet with lots of sledge options to choose from. The lunch was very tasty and relaxed and then to the snow monkeys where we had plenty of time to walk around and take pictures before stopping at the cafe for a snow monkey latte!

5.00Can’t recommend this tour enough. Jake was awesome! He was super friendly and managed to answer all 5000 of my partners questions. Lunch was fantastic and the park was beautiful. Definitely worth getting some shoe spikes if you go in winter (you can buy them before you go in for 1300 yen). Also worth getting some apple pie!

5.00We had the best day ever!!! For my 60th birthday I wanted to see and play in the snow, as living in the tropics it was something I'd always longed to do. Dillon was so much fun. He made us feel young again with his enthusiasm. We played like kids in the snow. Lunch was delicious, (I couldn't eat it all) Then it was up to see the snow monkeys, they are so healthy, as they are let roam free. It snowed most of the day. My husband and I were so impressed at how well Dillon spoke Japanese. Thanks again Dillon, we will not forget this magical day. :)

5.00Pleasant experience with our amazing tour guide Hiroshi. There were only 2 others with our tour group making it a small group of 4. It felt like a private tour. Hiroshi spoke very good English and provided us with lots of interesting information about Nagano and the snow monkey park. The lunch was a delicious beef hotpot at a semi-private area of the restaurant. Hiroshi had organised our snow monkey park tickets beforehand so we did not have to queue in the line. I would highly recommend joining the tour if you want a stress free day to focus on enjoying the activities and sights.
