5.00It’s a full on day trip but that’s what you sign up for. Journeying up to Jungfraujoch by two cogwheel trains and the time spent on the snow/ice is amazing. Views are spectacular. It’s a long but amazing day. Kid, our tour guide was a character and he made sure the day went like clockwork. Only question mark was the point in stopping in Interlaken for 30 mins. By the time you got off the coach it was time to leave!

5.00We considered doing this on our own, but we’re so glad we chose to take this tour instead. It would have been impossible to cover as much ground as efficiently as we did with Kid, our tour guide. He was such a character, took great care of us all day, and had incredible energy. Kid guided us to the best photo spots along the route and knew exactly how to maximize our time between trains and cable cars. He made sure we captured great photos and videos at all the key points, often stepping in to take photos of us. It was refreshing to relax and let someone else handle the logistics. Kid kept everything running smoothly, guiding us seamlessly from one stop to the next. Once we reached Jungfraujoch, he gave clear direction on how to make the most of our time there. Thanks to the efficient transitions, we were able to see everything, enjoy a relaxing lunch, and still stay on schedule for the return journey. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an incredible experience without the stress of planning or worrying about missing connections. It was a fantastic day!

5.00Kid was amazing and made the tour very special. It is a cliche to say the tour guide was amazing but kid was the best tour guide we have ever had and we have travelled the whole world. He took care of every detail on the whole day from where to stand for great photo opportunities to handing us our train tickets seconds before we needed them. He really did go above and beyond for the whole day and took care of us. The tour was amazing but Kid made the tour amazing.

5.00Despite a less than ideal weather with rain and heavy snow, Kid (Tour Guide) lifted the spirits of the entire group with his attention to details and needs of every member in the group. I joined the same tour in Nov 2022 and delighted to have him as our guide again :) It is hard to find a guide like him who goes the extra mile for his guests. Speaks local language and English fluently is an added advantage for him as he really knows the people very well. Thank you Kid for the lovely experience to JungFrauJoch!

5.00Amazing experience. Our tour operator Kid was friendly. He made our trip do memorable. He took pictures at every important spots. Made sure everyone was comfortable and showed us everything in a timely manner. The cog wheel train, the train and then the tour back by eiger express cable car was amazing. This would be our unforgettable experience.

5.00It is a MUST!!! It was an amazing experience with a FABULOUS guide. Kid (guide) was amazing, attentive, and so much fun!!!! Kid made sure we saw all the gems on our journey snd he made sure we walked away with many pictures of my partner and I with the best back grounds. He wanted to make sure you “enjoy your holiday” which he reminded us of often. I highly recommend this day trip. Things to consider…. Bring snacks and water. Be prepared for the cold temperatures and wear comfortable walking shoes.
