5.00A beautiful place even if you just want to walk shmshl. Unique attractions for young and old. Everything has been thought of. Plenty of places for food and drinks, storage and more. The place is also accessible for wheelchairs and baby carriages

4.00I stayed over one night at the Alton Towers hotel in the explorer room with my two children aged 10 and 12 and we arrived late around 10pm but was met with staff that was incredible and got our room sorted and manged to book us a slot for breakfast even though it was very busy and the slots had all gone, we managed to get a breakfast time at the water park hotel and it was very good, loads of food to choose from. The day was very good and manged to get on every ride and even though the times said 1 hour we didn't queue for more than 45mins. It was a great experience for my sons birthday and I will be booking again ☺️

3.00Went with my family and 2 grandchildren aged 3 and 9. Youngest very disappointed as she wanted to go on Bluey rollercoaster and it was broken so that ruined her day and we paid the same price for her. Absolute joke

3.00Went here today got through security good, nd staff helpful getting us through, safety, meaning security,and gate staff, by scanning are tickets fast and quick, and checking are bags etc, rides were reasonably to get on not much wait and could deal with the some of longer walt on other rides but finding somewhere eat was difficult most places to eat weren't open had more burgers, vans and food stalls they are okay there was no where to sit, and noticed burger kitchen was closed, and the rollercoaster restaurant, wasn't open and it wasn't giving much option to eat anywhere, part from muntiy bay, and pizza pasta end up going, 62.50 for 3 people crazy!!! Toilets were the best could done with bit of extra checking.

4.00This is hands down the best theme park in the UK. Delivering actual theming as close as anyone in the UK gets to USA Disney and Universal parks. Ride queues were not bad at all. rides were all fantastic definitely comparable to their larger theme competitors. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. I couldn’t give 5 stars as signage is awful, this really needs addressing. Also some toilets could be cleaner. We’ve been visiting since 1980’s and still love it here as much now in our 50’s and 60’s as we did in our 20’s. Great fun as a date day

4.00Overall nice day out, but don't bother ordering food from the Costa near Nemesis. We ordered a panini, croissant and sausage bap and everything was cold in the middle and therefore didn't taste nice. Drinks were fine, but food was dreadful. Don't eat there! Writing review because food was so bad!

5.00Very great experience, managed to get on 7 rides in 4 hours. Definitely recommend a visit. Smiler is a must!
