  My family and I had an amazing day trip to Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) and a beautiful traditional Chinese village, and a huge part of what made the experience so special was our guide, Tuffy. From the moment we arrived until the very end of the tour, Tuffy went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was incredibly energetic, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history, culture, and beauty of the region. His enthusiasm was contagious and made the entire day even more enjoyable. Tuffy’s knowledge of Huangshan and the surrounding area was outstanding. He explained the history, legends, and significance of the sites we visited in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. Whether we were hiking through the breathtaking mountain scenery or exploring the charming old village, he always had fascinating stories and insights to share. What really stood out was how attentive and caring he was. He constantly checked in to make sure everyone in my family was comfortable, answered every question with patience, and made us feel completely taken care of throughout the day. His warm personality and positive attitude created such a welcoming atmosphere that it felt like we were touring with a friend rather than just a guide. The views at Huangshan were absolutely spectacular, and visiting the ancient village gave us a wonderful glimpse into traditional Chinese culture. Having someone as knowledgeable and dedicated as Tuffy made these incredible places come alive. If you’re considering a trip to Huangshan, I cannot recommend Tuffy highly enough. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, organized, and truly passionate about what he does. He turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Without a doubt, he is a 10/10 guide, and we would gladly tour with him again in the future. Thank you, Tuffy, for helping create such wonderful memories for our family!

  Everything went smoothly, it ended up being a private tour just me and the guide. What do you get for your money? When things go sideways, the dreaded "mei you ren" (no such person) when one of the inordinately large number of security checks fails to find your booking, she sorted it. Do note that you catch a number of public buses of various comfort levels, but the guide organises all the tickets and leads you to the right transfer points, which are completely non-obvious. Utterly inscrutable for a foreigner, so that is worth it to save the stress. Be also prepared for 45+ minute wait to get the cable car up, but that is built into the scheduling. Saw everything I came there to see in the advertised time and with good English descriptions.

  Our guide Jack is wonderful , helpful and very professional. He led us through all the amazing viewpoints and took pictures for us. He even shared his amazing photos with us. We're very lucky and happy to have him as our tour guide.

• Sulphur Sensation

  We went down the sulfur canal cable and watched sulfur. I was amazed by the scenery from the cable car, but the scenery when I walked down was overwhelming. Jack Guide explained it very kindly and took a lot of pictures of his life. Very satisfied, and I want to go to the West Sea Canyon, which is closed for winter.

  Smooth and punctual time. The tour guide is well experienced for the purpose of the visit. The timing is also sufficient to travel for a 1 day trip.

  Beyond the beautiful scenery, we had a wonderful experience thanks to our guide. He made us feel so welcome and provided excellent recommendations. He was incredibly helpful when we ran into issues and handled all the arrangements for us. We also loved his storytellinghe is so knowledgeable. Most importantly, he was very patient with the elders in our family who walk a bit slower. He never rushed us and always waited with a smile.
