  This was a trip of a lifetime! I can't recommend Kapil and his company highly enough! I was a little nervous as we were four women of retirement age travelling together, but as soon as we landed, we were taken such good care of by Kapil and his team. We Always had our drivers waiting as soon as we were ready to be picked up and dropped off. We started in Delhi with Prem, who was fantastic! he got our humour and showed us the sights, giving us loads of information and allowing us as much time as we wanted. we were really sad to say goodbye after our time in Delhi ended. We moved on to Agra with our Driver who took very good care of us, we met up with Kapil so he could keep us informed of all our travels, such a kind and honest man. Seeing the Taj Mahal at sunrise was a pinch me moment and it was made easy with the very big crowds by Vineet, he managed to get us there and through the lines quickly arranging photography when we asked and gave us every detail, he showed us around Agra, being very patient and answered the same questions when one of us wasn't listening with a lovely smile, he was so nice! It was sad to leave Agra, but we moved onto Rathenbore, our driver Jitendra was very safe and took very good care of us, he waited for us to have lunch and didn't complain when we took longer than expected, he drove us to our fantastic safari's and waited hours and still had a smile on his face! Onto Jaipur to see the pink palace and the Amber fort, Pushpendra, gave us so much information and was so open to any of our questions once again we were so well taken care of and always with a smile. Varanasi the spiritual capital of India, wow, what an experience! We definitely needed our guide to navigate the streets around the Ghats, and the sunrise boat ride and sunset ceremony was spectacular and once again because of our guide Pradeep we were well informed, kept safe and had lots of laughs Everyone took such good care of us, and we had so many laughs and felt like friends. We always felt safe and every little detail was taken care of by all of our guides and Kapil, we really didn't have to think of anything but to enjoy ourselves. WE never once felt pressured and our guides would always check in with us to make sure we were happy, We told them we didn't like the treatment of the Elephants as a tourist option and they all India itself was magical, these places Delhi, Agra, Rathenbore, Jaipur and Varanasi and part of my heart now thanks to this wonderful trip.

  We have just had an exceptional holiday in India, all arranged by Kapil from Expert Tours and Travels. Everything was planned meticulously and we didn't have to think about anything. All transport, hotels and sightseeing were arranged for us according to our wish list. Our drivers and tour guides were prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Prem our tour guide in Delhi was delightful, Vineet our guide in Agra, Pushpendra in Jaipur, and Pradeep in Varanasi were also worth their weight in gold. Our drivers arrived promptly and drove us long distances safely. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. They treated us with the utmost respect.   Fantastic trip from start to finish. The owner Kapil could not have done more, he was brilliant. Jitendra, our driver, was efficient and on time everyday. We had four guides, Prem in Delhi, Vineet in Agra, Pushprindra in Jaipur and Pradeep in Varanasi. They were all fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Expert Tours to anyone thinking of travelling to India
