  It was ok. Unfortunatly it was my guide's first time so there were the common mistakes when someone justs starts, the pick up point wasn't exactly clear on how to get there, he was a little nervouse so he couldn't explain much, he relay a lot on showing me the museum instead of telling me his experience and I didn't get enough time in every location to fully apriciate them. From what he told me, he was helping out a friend with the business (maybe replacing him for this time?), so I don't think all people will have the same experience as me. I want to say though that if you have more than one day in Kobe and want to start with a panoramic tour or want to do something really specific with a local, I would reccomend it, otherwise if you are like me and just stay for a day and like the historical aspect of the city, do other tours.

  I had a wonderful experience touring Kobe with Kodai as our guide. As a local student, he provided a unique perspective on the city that made the tour both engaging and authentic. Kodai was extremely knowledgeable and shared fascinating information about Kobe’s history, culture, and local life in a way that was easy to understand and enjoyable. What stood out most was his friendly and kind personality. He made everyone feel welcome, was happy to answer questions, and went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. His enthusiasm for Kobe was contagious and made the tour even more memorable. I highly recommend the tour to anyone visiting Kobe. If you’re looking for an informative, enjoyable, and personal tour experience, you’ll be in excellent hands.

  In the short time we had for such a great city, Satori, my Tour Guide was able to show me the best highlights of Kobe. She was very accommodating and went over and above helping me secure a nail appointment at the end of the Tour She met the agenda that she had sent to me and was very good on making sure that we stayed on track Would highly recommend taking this tour

  Kodai was an outstanding guide who customized an itinerary that matched my interests while accommodating my physical limitations. His English was excellent, making communication effortless throughout the tour, and his youthful energy made the day especially enjoyable. Despite his age, he was impressively knowledgeable about Kobe and the places we visited. One of the highlights of the day was simply spending time with him. Whether we were stopping for a meal or enjoying a coffee break, our conversations about life and our two cultures were delightful, insightful, and, for me at least, quite educational. He was easy to talk to and genuinely enjoyable company. I highly recommend Kodai to anyone visiting Kobe. When I return, I definitely want him to be my guide again.

  We’ve done 7 tours in Japan and this was by far our favorite. Our guide was Kodai who worked with us to customize our ideal tour which was unlike any other experience. It truly felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. He was very knowledgeable about the local area and history and had an answer for every question. He checked in throughout the tour to ensure we got all the souvenirs, snacks, and breaks we needed. We love Pokémon so he took us to all the TCG stores in the area and helped us find the cards we were looking for. He even called around to help us find a specific souvenir from a local shop. He went above and beyond to give us the most fun and unique tour experience we’ve had in Japan. If you could only pick one tour, it should be this one!

  A wonderful way to see and experience Kobe! My wife and I absolutely enjoyed having our own personal guide. Kodai did a terrific job in showing us around. Very knowledgeable and very personable!
