  We chose the 2D1N options and stayed in the suite. What can I say...Enchanting. The room is fabulous, with a hydromassage tub in the center and 180-degree views of the wonderful bay. The room is well-kept and very clean, the food is varied and very good. The manager Mr. Duy is very attentive to the needs of guests, kind and courteous. We were assisted by Miss Rosie, from the pick-up at the port, to the excursions and during the accommodation, an infinite kindness and sweetness. During meals we met Mr. Son, you stole our hearts, kind, smiling and of rare courtesy. He recommended places to visit, places to eat at the various stops we would make; we talked, laughed, and shared, I wish you all the best. Go, it's an experience that will remain in your heart, the staff is special, the ship is magnificent and the bay speaks for itself.

  It was a surreal experience. The rooms are luxurious and neat. The service was top notch. Mr. Jack and Mrs. Flora were very helpful and kind. They organised a surprise birthday celebration for my father’s birthday and it was a really nice experience.

  Staff is great. claim is cruise is 2days and 1night. Cruise lasts less than 24hrs and is only 1night. Boat is average and activities are lame. Cruise does nothing to bring the people on the ship together. Just a money grab at every turn. Save your money

  Highly recommanded while you are in Hanoi. We had such a pleasant time. Staff is very helpful and absolutely kind and cheerful. Thanks to Miss Hao for making our time so much fun!

• Good Cruise but poor treatment of Indians!

  The cruise ship was a great experience with great activities. The dinner was the highlight. Service of ship staff was excellent, especially Mrs. Lam was exceptional. The activities were good and found the ship service to be very good. However, the transfer arranged from Hanoi (vehicle 14F-011.07) was very disappointing. The driver behaved poorly; frowning when my wife took few complimentary toffees, while being all smiling & offering them to the westerner passengers. On the return, he tried to seat us in cramped front seats and reserved better ones to the Westerners. Again, he offered toffees to the Westerners and ignored us. It's not about toffees (as if we can't afford it while we afford a luxury cruise), it's about the racist attitude he had towards Indians. This is surprising considering our ship had 40-50% Indian guests. La Regina management should train the drivers well or assess them before letting them drive. Note: We are a family of 3. Me, my wife and a small kid. We are quiet in nature, tip well & generally respect every person around us.

  Our cruise experience was wonderful , we were served vegan food , Rose was wonderful host l and warm throughout and the entire staff served us and guided us nicely .
