Excellent tour providing history of Roman occupation of the Mainz area

5.00We were looking for something different than the typical walking tour of visiting churches and other old buildings while visiting Mainz with friends. We were unaware of the Roman history of the Mainz area so this tour was great as it provided us with the ancient history of the area. Judith was an excellent guide with a lot of knowledge of the Roman occupation of the area. If you want to see something different in this part of Europe and learn about the ancient history of the area I would highly recommend this tour.
Well worth it for a customized tour!

5.00We had a great experience on our Mainz tour. Judith discussed our interests ahead of time via WhatsApp and customized the tour for us. She provided so much more context than we would have gotten by reading pamphlets and signs, plus she showed us some out of the way places on the way back to the train station that we would have never found on our own.
