  I used the service by contracting from Mexico through another agency. I visited Bogotá and Cartagena with your help. I must say that the follow-up and coordination were impeccable, super punctual, and they always kept me informed about everything. The guide, Paola, in Bogotá is a very pleasant person and gives good tips; however, the guide Fernando for the city of Cartagena left much to be desired, providing very basic information (one learned more by reading online about the city than with him) and avoiding answering doubts and questions, always deflecting the topic.

  Very little time in all the places, the gold museum was super quick, the painting museum 20 minutes, Monserrate less than an hour.

  Sandra and Johan's work was flawless. They were more than great, kind, generous, empathetic, efficient and aware of all our needs, especially the 4 older adults in the group, which represented a much greater challenge. Sandra Alfonso managed to get us served outside of cable car service hours. That was great.
