• Truly personalized tour of Beijing

  We had an incredible 2 days with Lilia as our guide for our family including 2 young kids. She customized the tours to suit our interests: Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, BeiHai Park, Chinese mask decorating and more. Every stop was just the right amount of time and activity, with seamless pickups by our friendly driver. This was one of the best private tours we’ve ever been on. Lilian’s in depth knowledge of culture, Beijing, and Chinese history is impressive. But beyond that she was enthusiastic, helpful in organizing a rental stroller and restaurants, and loved playing with our kids. Bonus: she was our personal photographer as well! • Two perfect days in Beijing with Seren and Liu!

  We have just finished the first leg of our family vacation in China, with the support of Leo’s Private Tour China. We have booked 4 parts - Beijing, Dengfeng, Xi’An and Chengdu. We are a family of four with two children, five and nine. First of all, the booking process with Nancy was great. We started our planning quite late but Nancy has been very fast in sending us the initial itinerary and activities, with good explanations. She was also very reactive when we wanted to make some changes. Within a few days, we had a complete customized and detailed 9 days programme. Upon arrival in Beijing, we were welcomed by our driver Liu who took us to our hotel. Liu stayed with us for both days in Beijing - friendly, smily and very smooth driver, always on time for the morning pick up. We spent both days with our guide Seren (pronounce Serena) and she was just great. She immediately confirmed the programme for both days, asked us if we had special requests, and was super helpful with the children. Seren took us to the Forbidden City, dumpling making experience, Great Wall, acrobatic show (really worth it!), and she helped us with finding good places to shop. We had two fantastic days with Seren, our schedule was optimized, we were not rushed and we could avoid tourist traps. We highly recommend Seren for families with young children. On the way to part #2 tomorrow!

  We had a fantastic time on a Beijing private tour with Leo's Private Tours! Our tour guide, Lilia, was extremely knowledgeable and spoke fluent English, so could explain all the history around all the sights we saw. She was also an amazing photographer, proactively taking beautiful photos of the family which we would never have otherwise taken (selfies are never as good!). She also helped suggest and book other activities during our stay which we otherwise would not have had the opportunity to experience (eg acrobatic show and yuyuantan park) Our driver, Lei, spoke a small amount of English but was extremely friendly, and the van we were in was so luxurious and comfortable!   Thanks for "Leo's private tour" and the tour guide's "Lilia" . They did a great job on the tour arrangements and the overall sight seeing on sites experiences. Lilia is a very professional tour guide, she help us to adjusting the itinerary immediately when we need to make some minor changes.   We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Leo’s Private Tours over the past two days in Beijing. Thanks to their perfect organization, we were able to visit the Temple of Heaven, the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, and the Summer Palace — even during the extremely busy Spring Festival period. Despite the crowds everywhere, everything was arranged so smoothly that we saw everything we had hoped for, and it never once felt stressful or exhausting. Our guide, Yoshi, was extraordinarily knowledgeable. He provided incredibly detailed explanations that helped us truly understand the historical meaning and cultural symbolism behind the architecture and the sites we were visiting. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions — and we had many!   This exciting but packed , 2-day private tour of Beijing’s top sights The driver and our tour guide Lilia picks us up from your hotel each morning to discover China’s history-filled capital with a private guide. Lilia was very informative and very caring to our needs. We ticked off all the city’s highlights, from the Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, and Tiananmen Square . There’s even time to venture out to the Mutianyu Great Wall. We even had an opportunity to Peking Duck as lunch . Although it was cold being winter, we experienced another side of China. This was an amazing experience for us !!!!. Lilia help make it memorable . Thank you Leo Travel and tours for helping us tick our bucket lists!!!!!!. Lilia also recommended for us to watch the Chinese Opera in which we enjoyed thoroughly..

  This was my first time to Beijing and I was really looking forward to an in depth experience of the history and culture. I can tell you Lilia delivered. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took me to the forbidden Palace and the Great Wall. Both days were loaded with in depth knowledge, great food and culture….I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Another thing to add, she had such a good knowledge of the places she could direct me on the best places to get photos, best times to visit, specific areas and nuances that were not well known. In the end, it was two adventurous days of riding bikes down the streets of Beijing, sitting in the palace gardens, eating amazing local food, to climbing to the top of tower 20 of the Great Wall, experiences I will never forget.
