  The tour provides a wide-ranging experience of contact with wildlife, though it is managed with a level of control that feels excessive, especially when you are looking for some social detox and genuine connection with nature. As someone used to traveling independently, including in the wilderness, I found this approach somewhat excessive as well. Still, the overall experience was positive and quite impressive. There are, however, several areas that could be improved. The service felt overly intrusive at times. Even when declining certain parts of the program, staff continued to insist. For example, I wanted to skip an evening activity, and right after it there was a dinner that I was also not interested in. Logically, if I prefer to sleep instead of joining the activity, I would not want to be disturbed for the dinner that follows either. Yet I was still woken up loudly and persistently. A simple “Do Not Disturb” option would be very helpful. The hotel, advertised as luxury accommodation, did not provide hot water in the shower — something essential after long guided tours. Additionally, although the description stated that all fees and taxes were included, the guide still requested tips for the ranger, which felt inconsistent with the advertised package. In summary, while the tour offers valuable experiences and has its strengths, there are organizational issues that need attention to truly match the expectations set in the description.
