  I am glad we have chosen East Journey Travel as our travel agent for our trip to Surabaya. Initially we have engaged a 4D3N tour package, unfortunately Gunung Semeru erupted just a few days before we depart to Surabaya. East Journey advised us to change our package to 3D2N as the Tumpak Sewu waterfall at that time is no longer accessible. They have changed our hotels and re-arranged our whole trip within a day. East Journey Travel have assigned a private tour guide for us. She handled every situation professionally. She also makes sure the places are safe to visit. Besides bring us to the best spot for photos, she is also our photographer. Overall the trip is fantastic. We should have plan this trip in the high season. Maybe one day.......😆😉

  My family did a customized private tour with East Journey Travel. The guide Layla and driver were excellent and professional in their service throughout the entire trip. Layla was patient and helping in guiding my teenage kids during our treks to the waterfalls and volcano craters. She also explained to us well on the itineraries and their history. Moreover, she was a wonderful photographer and constantly pointing out the best spots for us to take memorable photos. Harry was a skillful driver, driving us through difficult paths and terrains. We managed to reach all our destinations at comfortable timing, thus giving us sufficient rest for the following day morning hikes. This is a tour highly recommended for those who love to experience nature with ease and comfort of experienced guide.
