Double Booked and Canceled our Charter the day before going.

1.00This charter company operates on over 40 different websites. They charged our credit card and had a reservation until I got notification the day before that they had double booked and then canceled our reservation. We still have not received a refund yet either. Even as the day of they still showed availability. I would not use this company as they are not reliable especially when you’re planning a full day experience.

5.00We had a great day thanks to SeaEO and Captain Kevin! The boat was beautiful and accommodated our group of 13. Before the trip Captain Kevin asked for a description of what we wanted to do during our 4 hour trip. We wanted to snorkel, do a little fishing visit the sandbar and see the sunset. Kevin managed to fit everything in. He was knowledge about the area and gave us some interesting facts about the areas we visited. Snorkeling at Alligator Reef was the highlight for everyone! My daughter commented that the day was more than she ever dreamed of! Our whole group loved every minute of the trip!

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed this charter. Captain Kevin adjusted the trip to our interests as we explored the area. From swimming in the shallow water and swinging in the mangroves to exploring alligator reef, then some fishing, we had a great day! Highly recommend this charter and this captain!
