Qutub Minar

Golden Triangle and Udaipur Trip

5.00We recently used Prime India Travel for our family trip to India, and it was truly an outstanding experience. Although my husband and I have been to India many times, this was our first trip as tourists with our daughters and my mother, visiting the Golden Triangle and Udaipur. Planning felt overwhelming from figuring out where to stay, how to get around, traffic, guides, tickets, and more. Hiring Zainul, the owner and operator of Prime India Travel, and his team made all the difference. From the very beginning, Zainul was responsive, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. He guided us in selecting the ideal vehicle for our group—a spacious, comfortable van with excellent amenities. He even met us at our hotel on the first day to personally introduce us to our driver, Surya Ji, which immediately showed his professionalism and care. Surya Ji drove us for the first half of our trip and took exceptional care of our family. For the second half, Zainul himself stepped in as our driver, making the experience feel even more personal and memorable. Throughout the trip, everything was seamless. We simply shared what we wanted to do, and they handled the rest including timing our visits perfectly, arranging excellent English-speaking guides, coordinating logistics, recommending great restaurants, and even securing tickets for experiences. Zainul and his team are clearly experienced and very well-connected. They took all the stress out of planning and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip. Every detail was handled with care, from morning through the end of each day. By the end of our trip, Zainul and Surya Ji had made such a lasting impression on our family that what began as a service truly turned into a friendship. We are so grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend Prime India Travel to anyone looking for a smooth, memorable, and stress-free experience.

5.00Zainul and Suriya Ji provided the most memorable and enjoyable trip across Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Udaipur. The agency provided a boutique service that delivered seamless transport, coordination and concierge services throughout. They pride themselves on personalization, safety and comfort and it was evident in everything they did. From recommendations, through reservations and guidance Zainul, Suriya Ji and the team were with us every step of the journey and catered to any changes in our itinerary. They made this trip memorable for our family and getting to know them, has begun a new friendship. I look forward to seeing them next time my travels take me to India for pleasure or business and will highly recommend them to anyone planning to visit.

5.00We used this service during our time in Delhi and I highly recommend it! Zainul was so kind and ensured we felt comfortable during all of our longer drives. He drove us several hours away to Agra to see the Taj Mahal and even arranged for us to have a local guide while there. As two female travelers, he made sure we felt safe and was never far away when we finished an activity.

5.00We booked Zain and his company based on a personal recommendation from a friend, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Zain was extremely punctual, attentive and professional throughout all trip. The car was always spotlessly clean, with water and tissues provided every day, which made traveling very comfortable, especially on longer drives. What we appreciated the most is that Zain organized everything for us - he coordinated schedules, arranged local guides himself, and made the whole trip completely stress-free. All the guides he introduced us to were surprisingly great at taking photos😀 Our favorite guide was in Jaipur - Vipan. He showed us Jaipur like a real fairy tale, with beautiful stories, history, and hidden details. Throughout the trip we felt very safe, relaxed, and well taken care of. We would absolutely recommend Zain to anyone traveling in India and looking for a reliable and trustworthy service.

5.00Prime Travel was very professional and we (group of 5) impressed by their service. The car was kept clean through our travels and Zain (our driver) paid attention to every detail. He also helped us to organise local tour guides in various cities. Since our itinerary was quite fluid, Zain was very flexible and responsive. We have a few other trips planned in North India and we will definitely use their service again. I highly recommend Prime Travels if you are looking for a taxi service.

5.00My travelling party of five enjoyed an incredible experience travelling through Delhi, Agra and Jaipur with Zain. From the very start, he made everything effortless. He even arranged highly knowledgeable local guides at each major site and ensured we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The car was impeccable, and his driving was professional, confident and always safe which is essential on India’s busy roads. I was impressed about his flexibility and patience with us no matter how last-minute our requests were and he handled them with a smile and made it all happen. Beyond logistics he helped our group (some of whom were first timers to India) experience the real India and its history, culture, sites and local flavours.
