5.00We came to Borovets for 4 days skiing as complete beginners. We hired our kit for all 4 days and the process was easy and quick. The heated lockers were a real bonus so we could leave our skis there overnight and belongings there in the day. Bonus that the shop is literally on the nursery slope. We also had private lessons for 3 hours on day 1 and day 2 with Lilliya. She was amazing, very friendly, very knowledgeable and got us to a level where we were happy to explore the slopes on our own. Would highly recommend.

5.00High quality of ski equipment hired, and the location at the base of the mountain is perfect, recommend hiring a locker as this made it a truly ski in/ski out resort- we had lessons with Maria, 3 days of lessons and our progress exceeded expectations. Maria was very effective and worked well with me given my fear of heights. She was very understanding, reassuring and by the end we were confident on blue runs (after starting the lessons doing exercise on a green slope). Overall this company made our ski trip very successful and I would recommend for ski hire, lessons, slope lockers and general assistance throughout our trip.

5.00I used the Alpin rent ski for another year's skiing in Borovets . The staff recognised me from previous years and I received a warm welcome. As I hate walking in ski boots the venue is perfect for me as I can ski in and out . I could ski to the gondola but caught a horse and cart back which was my little treat. The nursery slope right outside is perfect for that first warm up ski in the morning . There was also the 4 and 6 man chair lift very nearby .The equipment was excellent and I managed to stay on my feet apart from being wiped out by an out of control skier. Eva, who represented Bulgaria in the last winter Olympics was more than efficient (it was she who discovered that anyone over 75 only pays 100 levs for the lift pass which lasts the whole season) without her I would have paid a lot more. My grandchildren and friends also had private lessons ,3 different groups of differing abilities . The hot red wine was very welcome at the end of the day.

5.00Top class instructor - great lessons and challenging for myself, great knowledge and technique and very much learning on the move. I am now at a standard that I can join the family on ski holidays (I was a beginner to getting around blue runs with confidence and enjoying it after a few hours). Good conversation and very knowledgeable about many things Thanks IVAN Also if you are planning on foi g most of your skiing from by the Rila don’t get anywhere else to hire etc. literally boots off at the end of the slope - no having to carry equipment anywhere As a family so pleased we booked what we did with Alpine 10/10
If you are in Borovets and will not visit Alpin Arena rent ski, mean you don't know what is miracle!

5.00The best place and service in all area, very friendly staff, help you any time you need event is more digitilized as only with ski pass you open/closes locker where you can leave skis, boots helmets ,poles, goggles and jacket and next day when you come to get all is dryed and safe. What the skier/snowboarder need you get here . From our experience is better servise in Alpin Rent then in Austria and France rental service. You are in the best palce and only 2 m away from slopes and 6 seat charilift.

5.00Me & my girlfriend done private lessons with George from alpine borovets ski school. Wow what a nice guy & even better teacher. Got us on the black slopes within 6 hours of lessons! Unbelievable
