  Far from cruise port, no signage, no workers around to help with rental. Cart was on empty had to return to rental area when the employee showed back up gave us $10 to put in gas tank. Cart looked nothing like the picture. Cart was very beat up. Would not rent from them again. Spend a extra $20 for a better cart thru someone else!

  We had a great day! Golf cart gas tank reader was broke but we managed. Just double check yours. Overall, fantastic staff!

  We broke down 1 hr into our having the golf cart. The guy at the pickup was rude about it and didn’t want to refund us because we had already left the lot. We were not the only ones with this company that had problems.

  We were given an electric powered golf cart, not gas. We struggled with speed all day. Every cart passed us on the roads. Took much longer to get around. Make sure to request gas.

  We booked this golf cart rental for our family of three and specifically requested a cart with four forward-facing seats, as shown in the listing photos. The photos advertised newer-looking carts, and because of that we chose this company despite it being significantly more expensive than other options available in Grand Turk. When we arrived, it was difficult to locate the rental location, and the staff was not particularly welcoming. We were then given a heavily worn golf cart with no seatbelts that looked nothing like the carts pictured in the listing. When I explained that the cart did not match what was advertised and reminded them of my seating request, I was handed a phone and spoke with the owner. The conversation was frustrating and unproductive. After about 30 minutes of back and forth, I was told that if I wanted a cart with the four forward-facing seats shown in the listing photos, I would need to pay an additional $140 on top of the $221 I had already paid. I was also told I was not entitled to any refund. At that point, we reluctantly took the cart we were given. We intended to keep the cart all day but ended up returning it after approximately three hours because we were so disappointed with the condition of the vehicle and the overall experience. Had the listing accurately represented the cart we would receive, we would have booked one of the many less expensive options available on the island. Unfortunately, this experience felt misleading, and I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

  It was very easy process to pick up the golf cart and we had a great time on the island with it. The only downfall was when we rented it. It was on empty being a gas powered golf cart so we immediately had to stop and get gas. Then when we returned it, they tried to get us to fill it up again and we told them we were returning it with more gas than when we rented it and that we were not going to fill it back up. I didn’t take any pictures of the golf cart, but we traveled all over the island.
