Drepung Monastery (Zhebang Si)
今日は高原観光の初日です。朝、最初の駅はデプン僧院です。ここは、過去に 10,000 人以上の僧侶が暮らしていたチベット最大の僧院です。デプンとはチベット語で稲盛りを意味します。修道院全体の規模は大きく、丘の斜面を白い建物が群がって覆っています。ゲルク派の最高位の修道院です。
Tibet Museum
午後はまずチベット博物館を訪れます。ここでは生活風景、優美な服装、住宅建築、祭りの風習などを見学し、特別で神秘的なチベットの習慣を探ることができます。
ダライ・ラマの避暑地である典型的なチベット様式の王室庭園であるノルブリンカを訪れます。

Potala Palace
3日目には、ラサの標高の高さにもだいぶ慣れてきたように感じられるでしょう。ダライ・ラマの冬の宮殿であるポタラ宮殿を探索して 1 日を過ごすのは素晴らしいアイデアです。ポタラ宮の最も貴重なコレクションは、元ダライ・ラマの金メッキの埋葬仏塔とチベットの第 33 代偉大な王の瞑想洞窟です。ポタラ内部は午前中に2〜3時間探索するのがベストです。その後、ポタラ宮の周りの巡礼路を歩きます。
Jokhang Temple
午後は、チベット仏教の中心地として知られるジョカン寺へ向かいます。ジョカン寺にはマニ車、寝そべる鹿、金の経のぼりなどがあり、その前では祈りを捧げる多くの巡礼者の姿が見られます。お寺とコラやってます。
Barkhor Street
ジョカン寺を訪れた後は、バルコル街の古い路地を散策します。そこで甘いお茶を飲み、地元の人々と会話し、露天商と交渉することもでき、ラサの現実を理解することができます。

Emily in particular was very helpful; we were booking this tour from home in England and she was always available to answer all questions and queries very promptly. She made us reassured. She organised the tour and permits for us, and permits were delivered to our hotel even before our arrival. Jigmei, our tour guide was wonderful as well. He waited for us at the airport, took to the hotel and looked after us until our departure. He was very passionate about his Tibetan culture and he explained it all to us very well. He helped us when we had some solitude troubles. Overall, everything went smoothly and we are very happy with all services. We highly recommend this company!

5.00We had a great time in Tibet and our guide was super funny and had a lot of knowledge about Tibet and the local culture. We visited the Drepung Monastery, the Potala Palace, the Tibet Museum, Lhasa Old Town, Norbulinka and had even some time to explore Lhasa by ourselves. Our Travel consultant Emily was patiently answering our hundreds of questions and organized the train tickets to Lhasa and the travel permit for us. She also helped us to decide which tour fits best to our limited time in Tibet and made sure that we got a driver to the airport on our last day, as we were leaving early in the morning. We can highly recommend booking this tour in Lhasa.
