  We had a wonderful time. Our guide, Daniel, was knowledgable and kind. He also served as our driver - our Mercedes van was very nice and Daniel was a safe driver. The tour was delightful - my students ate breakfast in Switzerland, enjoyed coffee in Lichtenstein, and lunch in Germany. This was a once in a lifetime day for them! Great tour!

  We had book this tour and our guide for the trip was Mr Payam. To start, he arrived before time and waited for us to be there. He briefed us about the tour itinerary and walked us through each and every places, minute details about the place during the journey. It was a superb experience and made our trip memorable. Carried lots of memories back including best suggestion and recommendation for having the best pizzas. We highly recommend h

  Trip planned with Kensington Tours. Final leg from Interlaken private transfer to Zurich with Michael_ZR#. He was an excellent driver, very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the experience very much!

  This was the Lindt chocolate factory and birch boat cruise. Further to my earlier review I forgot to mention that this is not a tour. You pay over $200 just for admission to the Lindt chocolate factory as we had a Swiss rail pass and the boat wouldn’t have cost us anything. You have no guidance whatsoever you’re completely on your own, so this is not a tour. Way overpriced.

  The experience was amazing .Mr Payam was our tour guide for the day and had precision in explaining the details which made our journey very smooth and fun-filled. As Mr Payam accompained us, it helped us conversing in every country. Special thanks to him for suggesting restuarants / cafes too.

  Payam was our driver/guide for our private 4 country tour. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. Although we didn’t have the best weather, a lot of fog, we never felt like we were missing anything. It was a day to remember!!

  What a wonderful day!!! The company is very well structured, organized and informative. From before closing the tour, Vera is always very attentive and patient. The guide Eric was very well chosen for this tour. Very polite, friendly and made our day even better. The places visited are very beautiful and Eric knew very well to give us the main information of each, always with impeccable assistance. It's not a cheap ride, but it was worth every penny!   Our tour guide, Daniel, was very punctual, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I collect Christmas ornaments from places we travel to, so one of my goals for this tour was to obtain those. My fault for booking the tour on Boxing Day, when only the souvenir store in Vaduz was open. Daniel tried to help us find places, with no luck. And it was a cloudy/foggy day, so we could not do the cable car in Bregenz (we could have chosen, but would not have seen much). Daniel was quick to have an alternate plan. In every location, he never hesitated to snap a photo of my husband and I. This tour was a good mix of locations and time spent in each. We spent the rest of our week in Zurich, so it was nice to get out and see different areas. I would definitely recommend this experience.
