Our PIN number never worked on the app. We were not able to use this service! Now we are on our phone trying to get a refund. It has not been nice.

Good experience saw a lot of the main sites around financial district and Chinatown. Learned some historical facts about San Francisco that I didn’t know before. Navigation provided on the app can be a little confusing so I recommend planning your own route. Nice that tour can be done at your own pace and at a good price.

I did this tour with my sons, and it was very nice and helpful to get around the city. I really liked how private the whole tour was, I am someone who prefers to have a private tour rather than be on a group.

Really enjoy doing the tour at my own pace!! Usually in typical tours, you have to wait for the whole group to do something, but this tour was personalized to what I love! I was able to skip the shopping portion, as I am a huge foodie 🥗

I had a great time doing this self guided tour of San Francisco. This was my first time doing a self guided tour. All went smoothly. I learned about so many new spots in San Francisco that I want to show my family and friends. I highly recommend you do this tour!
