  Great day away with Krakow Top Tours. Bus arrived on time. Guide was excellent. Explained everything and arranged an unexpected Toilet break for some of the passengers. Bus driver was calm and experienced in the extreme fog we encountered during our day. Everything was included in our ticket. Nothing extra to pay. Would highly recommend this company for a great day out. Professional and caring.

  This was a full day with lots of variety. Vehicle was excellent and driver(Daniel) was very helpful, punctual, informative and spoke excellent English. Lots to see and do and the thermal baths are a great finale

  Would so recommend this trip, we enjoyed from start to finish. The day was so organised and everything well timed. Our tour guide Mariousz was excellent full of information, very friendly and polite, and spoke very good English!

  It was over 20 of us, mini bus hotel pick up and explore 3 different places, had a great experience we are all happy bunnies. and a massive thank you to Joanna Woycikieiwcz our beautiful and friendly tour guid, she’s absolutely amazing and explains everything so in to detail, we all love her and will come back again and will definitely choose Joanna again for our next tour.   Fantastic trip. Visits some amazing scenery as well as allowing you to taste local delicacies as well as visit the amazing thermal baths. Our guide was fantastic. We'll worth a visit.

  What a fantastic day trip, would highly recommend! Tomas, our driver and guide, was brilliant. He picked us up on time (had the most comfortable car!) was really friendly and professional. The scenery on the way to Zanopane was stunning and the stop offs on the way were perfectly timed and v interesting. DO NOT MISS THE GRILLED CHEESE! phenomenal! Thermal baths were great too although slightly crowded (was a weekend though!) Basically, the whole tour was amazing for start to finish, all credit to Tomas and of course beautiful Poland! Thank you!

  The excursion was as advertised, but flexible. I needed to come back somewhat earlier, so we shaved time off certain parts of the trip. The driver, Daniel, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. There was nothing to criticize, although it was fairly expensive for one person--about $300, including a good tip.

  Picked up at 9 by Thomas Friendly guy and right balance of information as oppose invading the journey and the subtle sight seeing as you drive First stop cheese Two hours then in zakopane Then hour up the mountain And finally to the thermal baths for 3.5hrs 3.5 hrs sounds a long time but tbh there multiple pools so it flys by Had meal in restaurant there and have to say one if the nicer meals I ate over my weekend Long day out at 9 back 8.30 Overall good trip with nice driver and clean car
