4.00The day before the tour the guide contacted us and wanted to change to a full day tour of Sintra and Casais due to weather. Was a little hesitant, although weather was pour, it was predicted to be beautiful on the next day, of tour. Offered 8 hour tour at no extra charge. We (group of 4) agreed to change and do the 8 hour tour. Tour ended up being great, we loved the addition of visiting Casais and some beautiful beaches and views along the way. Guide made us a reservation mid day for lunch at a traditional Portuguese restaurant without asking us. All fine until food arrived on the table without us asking for it (bread, olives, cod fritters etc…) We ordered our lunch choices and left paying bill for everything! Just disappointed that the guide didn’t ask us in advance. Lunch ended up costing a lot more than we expected because of this. :(
