5.00The service provided was really good. I had to travel from Lusaka to Livingstone, then from Livingstone to Zimbabwe and back. I explored Victoria Falls from both sides of Zambia and Zimbabwe as well as enjoyed a helicopter tour and the Zambezi river cruise. My guide Shepherd was just the best one can dream of: very kind, caring, respectful, humble, genuinely willing to make my trip unforgettable, and he succeeded in this. There were some hiccups on the side of the others and he took extra efforts for me not to miss anything and enjoy the experience fully. What a wonderful human he is. Many thanks to him. p.s. I still can't believe Shepherd full of energy, youthfulness and life is 47, he looks like a 28 year old man 😊😊😊😊😊
