  Our class with Chef Massimo was a wonderful experience. The pace was quick and the class of 13 was broken down into smaller work groups so that all that needed to be accomplished was completed on time. Chef Massimo is high energy and we learned many valuable lessons from him. We also received copies of the recipes we made. We enjoyed our time at the class and recommend it.

  One of the highlights of our trip to Sicily! Chef Massimo made the experience both fun and informative. The market tour was really interesting learning about picking flavorful and fresh produce. We made traditional Sicilian dishes like Caponata and sun dried tomato pasta. The views from his house are also amazing. Highly recommend!

  WHAT a day! Great fun & very informative, in an AWESOME location. Chef Massimo was engaging, informative & fun, from the first tomato purchased, through the engaging cooking, to the delicious plentiful food & wine consumed! Chef's supporting staff worked tirelessly& silently behind the screens to ensure everything worked smoothly. A day not to be forgotten & highly recommended!

  WHAT a day!! Very informative, AWESOME location, GREAT fun day! Chef Massimo involves everyone from the first purchase of a tomato to the last sip of wine with the meal that everyone had a hand in cooking!!!   We had a fantastic cooking experience with Chef Massimo that our whole family will never forget. Even our two very fussy teenagers had their eyes opened to new foods and flavors. Being involved in every step of the process—from selecting fresh local produce, to preparing and cooking the dishes, and finally enjoying the meal together—made the experience truly special. The setting was equally unforgettable: a beautiful house with breathtaking views that made the day even more memorable. This was a wonderful introduction to Sicilian cuisine and culture, and an opportunity not to be missed. Thank you, Chef Massimo, for such an authentic and enjoyable Sicilian cooking experience. We all loved it!

  This was the perfect cooking class for my husband and I! Massimo is both fun and educational, and the location is amazing - the most beautiful view. The setup and operations are also fantastic. The prep, cleanup, and quick turnaround to each dish you cook made is so easy, not to mention the food was delicious. We already have plans to replicate some of these recipes! Thanks Massimo, high recommend!

  Chef Massimo's cooking class in Taormina was THE BEST cooking class I've taken in the United States and overseas! First, you cannot beat the coastal setting of the Taormina house where we cooked and dined. Second, I was pleasantly surprised to learn some practical tips that other chefs hadn't shared in any of the previous cooking classes I've taken both in the US and overseas. I cannot recommend Chef Massimo's cooking class enough! What a feast we had prepared...homemade pasta with tomato pesto, red snapper, caponata, green bean & potato salad, zucchini flowers stuffed with herbed ricotta cheese, lemon flavored meatballs, and steamed mussels. If you're looking for a wonderful cooking class experience in Taormina, I highly recommend Chef Massimo's class!

  One of the best authentic experiences I had in Italy. I truly learned so much, plus had a great time doing it. The food was amazing, the house is charming and Chef Massimo if very knowledgeable.
