5.00My wife and I had a really enjoyable tour of the distillery. Gordon was an excellent guide and provided an extensive and engaging presentation of the history of the distillery, distilling techniques and processes, and expert insights and tasting notes of the various liqueurs and spirits produced at the distillery. The liqueurs and spriris were delicious and we ended u walking out with a few more bottles than we planned. Highly recommend this as a place to visit - we will certainly come and and perhaps do one of the classes.

5.00Great commentary on the history of distilling in Australia by Gordon the owner. All drinks tasted were amazing. Gin I bought is awesome. Strongly recommend you visit the distillery and book a tour and tasting.
