• Lovely Morning tour of Pompeii

  Very good tour. We arrived at opening time so missed the crowds which was perfect for us and although it was still warm the temperature was bearable. Nello was an excellent host on the coach there and Francesco was a brilliant host at Pompeii itself. All in all well worth the money. You only scratch the surface of this wonderful place on a short tour so the full day tour would suit people looking to see more of it.

  Pompeii was amazing and our guide was informative. We were in a small group which became the only issue. In a large historical site, with limited hours, we wanted to soak up all the detail and as much of it as possible. Sadly many of the group wanted to end the tour at the soonest opportunity so when the guide offered an hour less, they took it and we were very disappointed. Please don’t offer what is a lesser experience for the sake of quieter and interested people.

  Great trip , glad we did 7:30am start as super hot . Our guide on the coach was Nello he was good and our tour guide for Pompei was Josephine she was very knowledgeable and friendly giving us plenty of information

  We had a well organized trip with Dani and Melania to Pompeii. The pick-up was quick and easy, which allowed us to have quality time in Pompeii. Both Melania and Dani were very understanding of the young (8 and 11) boys who were on our trip, which relieved a lot of stress. I have been to Pompeii on multiple occasions, and this was by far, my best experience.

  Great guided tour with an Italian guide who spoke good English. The group was a bit too big for our liking - maybe 25-30 people. Was hard to keep up with the guide at times. But definitely recommend visiting Pompeii with a guide. The place is huge and would be difficult to navigate on your own. Our guide was very knowledgeable which was very helpful. Be prepared for the heat and no shade if you go in the summer months.

  This was a great way to see Pompeii without getting overwhelmed. We did a half day tour which was perfect for us. It was super hot but Nell and Lulu took great care of us! Lulu was so knowledgeable about the ruins and the history, she was funny and likable and engaging. She also found all the shady and breezy spots! Highly recommend!
