VISIT : アウシュヴィッツ・ビルケナウ博物館は毎日何千人もの人々が訪れます。 自分のペースでの観光はできないかもしれません。 適切な行動をすることが義務付けられています。 服装はカジュアルですが、その場所を尊重する必要があります。 館内での飲食、喫煙、大声での行動は禁止されています。

資料 アウシュヴィッツ＆ビルケナウ博物館の利用規約については、ツアー参加者全員のフルネームをお知らせください。 ツアー用の写真付きの書類は、美術館の入り口で確認できるものをお持ちください。 それ以外の場合は、ご入館いただけない場合があります。
バッグの制限：博物館の敷地に持ち込めるバッグやリュックサックのサイズは30×20×10センチメートル（約12×8×4インチ）までです。 荷物は車内にいつでも預けることができますし、アウシュビッツの荷物置き場に預けることもできます。
昼食：昼食は含まれていませんが、ツアー中に配達される30złのランチボックスを別途注文できます。 ご注文は、前日の午後7時までにメールでお願いいたします。 アウシュビッツ1世とビルケナウの訪問の間には、通常の昼食の時間が十分にありませんのでご注意ください。 お弁当の注文やお菓子の持参もおすすめです。 その場で食べ物や飲み物を買う場所は限られていますが、ハイシーズンになると長い行列ができるほどの時間がないこともあります。

What To Expect
Krakow

Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau

1.00My boy booked via Headout the Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour with transfer. We had a meeting point at 6:30 in the morning and since it was near the hotel, we decided we would walk. There we were at 6:15 in the morning waiting but no one showed up. My boy contacted Headout and neither they could contact AT Cracow s.c. A company embarrassment without a doubt! They haven't contacted us and I'm sure they never will.

1.00Booked trip a month ago with the main focus on visiting Auschwitz as we have wanted to visit for years. Was contacted the day before we travelled asking us to move the date of the tour - which was impossible due to us flying out, to which they replied that wouldn't be a problem and the tour would go ahead. They then emailed the following day saying they were cancelling the tour. They have said they would return payment for tour but no compensation for anything else. As this was the entire reason for the journey and the very late notice meant we couldn't book a new tour, this was hugely disappointing. I would be wary of booking with this company as no reason was given and no real compassion for this disappointment.

Was informed 3 weeks before the planned trip that they were cancelling the trip because of circumstances out of their control. They claimed it was the Auschwitz Museum that cancelled the trip stating the trip was over booked and they did not have enough tour guides to service all the booked trips. Very disappointing in every way.

3.00Auschwitz itself is an informative experience which we recommend everyone to do. The tour provided by this company is exceedingly lacking. The information provided by this tour operator was not accurate. When booking we were advised we would have an English speaking guide but in reality it was when an English speaking tour was available. This would have meant a wait of 5 to 6 hours.
