Negombo Fish Market

St. Mary's Church

Had a very pleasant afternoon with driver/guide Himantha. Visited some of the main highlights of Negombo. Due to it being Sunday afternoon - some places were closed. Highly recommend the massage and the early dinner was delicious.

Hamantha was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about Sri Lanka and the local area around Negombo . The tour had just the right balance of information, sights and experiences. The massage was delightful - and highly recommended - and lunch was fabulous. Hamantha’s car was spotless and his recommendation for local restaurants for dinner were spot on.

Himantha took us on a tour of Negombo. We visited two churches, the largest and most beautiful. Then we went to the famous fisherman's market. There we got the explanation about the dried fish and we once passed the market stalls with the fresh fish. Because 70% of the population is Buddhist, we also visited a Buddha temple, with the necessary explanation. After the cultural he took us to a Spa for our massage. The tour ended with a nice, regular meal.

Himantha been a very good Drive and guide in Negombo city. Recomendable 100%. Web visit some temples, we lunch and we had a beautiful massatge.

Had a lovely evening exploring Negombo city, visiting various charming sites and soaking in the local atmosphere. Although the unexpected rain cut our tour short, we still managed to enjoy the beauty of the city—thanks to our wonderful guide, Himantha, who was incredibly courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. His enthusiasm and dedication made the experience memorable despite the weather!
