What To Expect
Heineken Experience
事前に予約した時間枠に来たら、ハイネケン エクスペリエンスに入ります。 1.5 時間のセルフガイド ツアーでは、ハイネケンの伝統、ビール醸造プロセス、ハイネケンの革新性、そして世界的に有名なビールを提供するために何が必要かについて学びます。このビールを作る 4 つの天然原料を調べ、F1、UEFA チャンピオンズ リーグ、ラグビー ワールド カップでのブランドのスポンサー活動をご覧ください。そして案の定、ツアーの最後には新しい友達と乾杯することができます。
その後、ブルー ボートが提供する 75 分間のクルーズをお楽しみください。バウチャーは、毎日午前 10 時から午後 6 時まで、ハイネケン エクスペリエンスとハード ロック カフェの桟橋からクルーズにご利用いただけます。

5.00This is a great tour for the beer enthusiast. The Heineken Experience is a great museum and a lot of fun, and the canal tour after was a great overview of Amsterdam.
An experience not unique to Amsterdam. "Check before you travel"

3.00Heineken tour is self-guided but you start off with a group of approximately 25 other people. There's a mixture of talks/presentations and exhibits to see. The best bit is probably the cinematic walk through, as long as you're not claustrophobic or epileptic. Good for bachelor/birthday parties or if traveling with a group, less memorable as an experience for solo travel. If combining it with a boat tour, best to check the timings of the boat tour first. I had to miss this option as timings didn't work out with my flight. Unfortunate as of the two, I'd probably have chosen the boat tour.

4.00We wanted to hear a bit about the history of Amsterdam and all of the buildings since we did the 75 min tour. The QR code wasn’t working…. My boyfriend was asking our guide questions and she was very knowledgeable and friendly to explain everything.

5.00The Heineken experience was a great tour. We enjoyed learning some of the history of the Heineken brewery and there were several interactive activities that enhanced the experience. The canal tour was a nice add on that provided a few more Heineken beers and a little history on the city of Amsterdam.

4.00I was unable to arrive on the cruise in time, but I was immediately let on board the next day. The ride is fantastic! The guide seems to have been extraordinary tb, but with strong and fast English, it became difficult to understand. But my only complaint was due to the auto guide that didn't work. Besides, it was wonderful!

3.00Pretty pricey ticket to view a building that used to be a brewery. Would have been great to tour an actual working brewery. Instead it’s packed with self-promotion and laser shows. A bit of a disappointment.

4.00Well organized and nice building. We did the combo canal cruise and Heineken tour. The Tour was ok the canal cruise was great. Very calm, picture taken boarding ship and sold for a reasonable price €4.
