Chora Museum
カリエ・モスク（Kariye Mosque）は、もともとチョーラ教会として知られていた、トルコのイスタンブールにあるビザンティン様式の歴史的建造物である。 4世紀に建てられ、イエスとマリアの生涯の情景を描いた保存状態の良いモザイクとフレスコ画で有名です。 オスマン帝国時代にはモスクに改築され、その後20世紀には博物館となった。 近年、再びモスクとして再開された。 変遷にもかかわらず、ビザンティン美術と建築の最も優れた例のひとつであり続けている。
Ahrida Synagogue
アフリダ・シナゴーグは、イスタンブールで最も古く、最も重要なシナゴーグの一つで、バラト地区にあります。 おそらく15世紀にバルカン半島のオフリド（アフリド）出身のユダヤ人入植者によって建設された。 シナゴーグは、ノアの方舟か、ユダヤ人を安全な場所に連れてきたオスマン帝国の船を象徴する、特徴的な舟形のビマーで知られている。 今日でも、アリダ・シナゴーグは活発な礼拝の場であり、イスタンブールのユダヤ人の遺産の重要な一部となっている。

5.00We enjoyed a fantastic 2 hours of tranquility and a feast of information as we travelled a long way up the straights. The local food kept flowing throughout finished with a warming glass of Turkish tea to finish the perfect couple of hours, as the sun came down.

5.00It was wonderful! Our can was great. He gave us just enough information to get a feel for the history and general info about the neighborhoods. Betul was also wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!
