  My son (11) and I were met at our hotel by guide and driver Marco for a day trip to Cesky Krumlov. It was drizzling rain and chilly but that did not stop us from having a series of wonderful experiences. From the first moments of getting into the car, Marco created a welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and safe environment, with safe being of utmost importance on wet streets, going from foreign country to foreign country and doing so with my son. Marco did an excellent job keeping us on schedule without feeling like we were being rushed. He stayed with us and would help us with the language barriers that we face, and he gave us time to ourselves. It was comforting knowing he was a text away. While in Cesky Krumlov we had a wonderful guide named Vladimira who took us through the castle and into the city. Her perspective and knowledge were invaluable. Thank you! On the trip, we saw the Austrian countryside and would stop for the occasional photo op both planned and our request. We explored the city and when we were ready to go, Marco was right there to take us safely back to our hotel. This trip and the time my son and I were able to spend together is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you Marco, thank you White Alligator.
