5.00If you’re looking for a truly authentic experience, this is the one for you. This family farm provided an unforgettable setting to learn about and taste incredible olive oil. We are SO looking forward to getting our shipment of oil made from freshly harvested olives!
You must do this olive oil tasting!

5.00All of it. Fabrizio is a gracious host. He introduces you to all the residents of the farm even the 4 legged ones. Then a tour of the trees, the kinds of Olives, the rest of the produce they grow. His wife wad teaching a pasta course while he then took us to the olive oil tasting room. First he tells you about the differences of olive oils, then shows you how to taste it, then he proceeds to give you 3 different oils to taste. Then he serves you a 3 course meal he made. You eat it outside facing the beautiful countryside. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it.
