She will tailor a tour for you including a shopping for souvenirs opportunity if desired. Even bargained for me and obtained a price reduction. She is warm, funny and a delight to be around. 5.00Tatyana gave us an excellent tour in fluent English. She presented informative and insightful information about the history and cultures of this area. We had visited some other Central Asian countries and Tatyana related their history to what was happening in Kazakhstan. Tatyana also pointed out many interesting architectural elements of the buildings in Alamaty, which we found interesting. The booking with Guy Deez, through Viator, was easy. We recommend this tour and Tatyana.
