• Excellent Tour - so much to discover

  We were expertly guided around the city by David. He was full of fascinating facts and told us much more of the background to the city’s history and architecture that we would have never discovered on our own as well as explaining many of the amazing street art murals that adorn walls and building ends around the city. We saw hidden things we would never have found and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Thoroughly recommend doing this (wrap up warm if it’s winter - there’s a chill breeze).

  David was a wonderful host for my solo day trip to Aarhus - skillfully blending history, art, and culture! He provided a great introduction to the city. Especially enjoyed the detours to see some of the amazing street art.

  David Lyle-Carter gave us a great tour of Aarhus. He was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Denmark and shared an excellent description within St. Clemens church .

  Would never have known as much about this great city without out your with Thor. We were only in port from our cruise for a few hours. He was so knowledgeable- we thoroughly enjoyed every minute and fun fact he had to share. Can't say enough positive thinks. It really is a must if you're visiting the city.

  All top, slightly a lot of history, but that's what the city has to offer! The guide brought us very close to the city and told nice anecdotes.

  A great way to experience an amazing city, David was incredibly well informed and kind. He gave us so much historical background information and showed such hospitality in his city. Would highly recommend booking this tour!

  Julia was an excellent tour guide! She showed us around such beautiful sites in Aarhus and told us about the history and the people. She was very flexible with our changing schedule (our ship was late to dock) and was so much fun!   We had a great tour with Julia. She showed us all over the city and explained lots of things about it to us. She was very enthusiastic in her talk and we could tell she loved this city. She was also very helpful on where to go for the remainder of our day. Highly recommend!

  This was a shore excursion during a cruise. We ended up being there during a holiday so almost everything was closed, and when one museum actually was open that we walked by, we were told there’s no time to see this during the tour, you can come back on your own once the tour is finished. The guide did, however, give a good recommendation for lunch.
