  We had a wonderful experience with Touristico Cracow! Everything was well organized, and the trip was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. A special thank to our driver, Jan. He was very friendly, professional. He made us feel comfortable throughout the journey.

  This was a great experience. Kacper was our driver and was very punctual and polite. He handled the drive and timing to and from Kraków, parking, gave us our tickets, guided us through the entry process to meet up with our guide, and then took us over to Birkenau as well. It was really nice to not have to worry about the logistics of the day and be able to focus on the experience itself. Communication was really good leading up to our pickup as well so we knew what to expect. I would definitely recommend booking the tour. Thank you, Kacper!

  Jan was our driver for our tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau. The pre-tour communication was really excellent. Jan picked us up on time in a very clean and comfortable Mercedes mini van. He was a very good driver and we felt very safe and his English was excellent. The tour itself was very well organized by Touristico and although it’s a long day it’s well-worth the visit to the two memorial sites and the guide was really excellent. Bear in mind, there are lots of tour groups following each other, with just a short break to find something to eat at the small café so it’s wise to take your own sandwich/drink which you can eat/drink on one of the many benches in the parking lot (weather permitting if you are going in the winter !).

  We chose Touristico for this tour. So glad we did. Very good company, kept us well informed about our booking, times of pick up, etc. Picked up from our hotel. Our driver jan was right on time. He was very pleasant and also informative on the drive to the tour. Pointing out historical facts of buildings along the way. We would highly recommend this company for tour bookings. We would definately use them again.

  Our driver Jan picked us up punctually at the agreed meeting point. We understood everything even though we do not speak English very well. The trip is highly recommended; the lunch packages are worth their price.
