  My friend and I signed up for the kayak trip. That was a mistake. Kayaking is supposed to be easy. Instead we were not made aware that it would be white water rafting. I got thrown out of the kayak into the icy cold water. Not meant for anyone but we'll experienced rafters.

  We had a blast on our float trip. Our guide, Justin, was a great instructor and made everyone feel comfortable and made it a great experience.

  Excellent raft guides! They were very knowledgeable and entertaining. I do feel that the advertising is a bit misleading. There was maybe a little over an hour spent on the actual river.

  This was the first time we did White water rafting through AVA. Over all experience was excellent. Our guide Kyle did a great job and made our rafting experience memorable. Their all crew member were friendly and they try to make sure the money you are spending on the adventure, you get 100% satisfaction.

  I have rafted multiple times, and I must say that today was probably my most favorite trip thus far. The check in was super easy, unlike other places where it was like a bad dream trying to get checked in and your life jackets (I know that isn’t the proper term these days, but I don’t remember the correct term 😂) We were a girl group of 6, and we had such a fabulous afternoon! Our professional master guide was CHRISTIAN, & he was bomBdiGGity & FUN! He made the trip one of our very faves! He deserves a raise!

  Definitely choose AVA for your rafting and Kayaking trips. We had such a great time with Christian & Nelson our driver and guide. They were very friendly and engaging and I felt very safe with them. The scenery is beautiful and Nelson shared so much info about the geology of the Canyon. We even got to jump off a 35’ cliff. What a great birthday! Thank you AVA

  We had a wonderful raft trip with Christian. The trip is not full of exciting rapids but we did not want that. It is a relaxing float with beautiful scenery with fun events such as the opportunity to jump off a cliff. We just watched as another member of our group took the jump. I highly recommend for families. Christian was great!

  AVA provided a great experience from start to finish. Vic and Megan were the best guides, providing great prep, safety and operational details. They also provided great information about the area on the bus ride. We did the 1/2 day kayak trip out of Kremmling. Too bad we didn't have more time as it went by way too fast!
